Mini-Church is the backbone of Hope Chapel Okinawa. It is a cell-based model that utilizes the Leadership of lay pastors to shepherd their groups of 8-10 people, with a dual purpose of “Preparing Christians to become Effective Witnesses,” serving as a training ground for potential pioneer pastors and other church leaders.
